Norbelys can generate public reports — read-only pages anyone can open with a link, no account needed. They’re perfect for showing a client how their campaign is doing or proving a domain’s deliverability. Reports show totals only — never your contacts, mailboxes, or anything personal.

Campaign reports

From a campaign, press Share report. Norbelys creates a signed link and copies it to your clipboard. Anyone with the link sees:
  • Outcome tiles — Replied, Interested, Opened (labeled “real opens only”), and Clicked, each with its rate.
  • A journey card: Contacted → Opened → Clicked → Replied → Interested.
  • A delivery card: sent, delivered, bounced, unsubscribed.
  • An emails-sent-per-day chart and an email-by-email table.
The report reflects real human opens and clicks, just like your own analytics — so what you share is honest, not inflated.

Domain / DMARC reports

From a domain hub, Share report creates a public DMARC health page — the same overview you see in-app: the DMARC dial, timeline, authentication breakdown, and sources table. You can also Export PDF for a printable copy (it uses your browser’s print dialog).
A public report isn’t a static snapshot — it pulls current numbers each time it’s opened, so a client always sees the latest results.
Every link is valid for 30 days. After that it stops working and the viewer sees “This report link is invalid or has expired. Ask whoever shared it for a fresh one.” Just share a new one.
Archiving a campaign or domain immediately kills its public link, so nothing keeps leaking after you’ve wrapped up.
Reports are aggregates only. Recipients, addresses, and mailboxes are never included.

A typical agency workflow

If you run outreach for clients, public reports replace weekly status emails:
1

Launch the client's campaign

Set it up and launch as normal.
2

Share the link once

Press Share report and send the client the link. It shows totals only — never their prospects’ names or your mailboxes.
3

Let them self-serve

The client re-opens the same link anytime for a live update — no screenshots, no exports, no back-and-forth.
4

Refresh monthly

Since links expire after 30 days, send a fresh one each month (or when you wrap the campaign, just let it lapse).

What the report does and doesn’t show

Want a snapshot for a slide deck instead of a live link? Use Export PDF on a domain report for a printable copy that won’t change or expire.
