Settings is where you manage everything about your account and workspace. It has six sections in the left sidebar: Account, Organization, Members, Billing, Integrations, and Appearance. (Billing has its own page — see Plans & billing.)

Account

Your personal details — avatar, name, and email. Manage account opens the full profile editor where you change your password, security settings, and connected logins.

Organization

Your workspace settings — its name, branding, and members. Advanced options opens the full organization editor. Two workspace-wide controls live here:
  • Deliverability alerts (on by default) — a weekly digest to the workspace admin when sending health needs attention.
  • Bounce handlingStop on a failing mailbox (stop sequences when a mailbox keeps rejecting mail) and Also suppress the address (permanently block a soft-stopped address). See Compliance.

Members

See who has access to the workspace — each member’s name, email, role, and join date, plus your seat usage. Use Invite member to bring teammates in so they can collaborate on campaigns and inboxes.

Integrations

Connect Norbelys to the tools your team already uses. Each integration is a card with a Connect button. Available categories include:

Chat

Slack — get pinged the moment a lead replies.

CRM

HubSpot and Salesforce — sync your outreach into your CRM.

Calendar

Cal.com, YouCanBookMe, Calendly — track booked meetings as conversions.

Lead source

Apollo — import your saved Apollo people and lists as leads.
There’s also a Switch from another tool group that imports every campaign’s leads, tagged per campaign, from Smartlead, Instantly, or lemlist in one click — handy if you’re migrating.
Some integrations are marked “coming soon” and can’t be connected yet. Norbe can also use connected tools during conversations — see Norbe.

Appearance

Customize how the dashboard looks:
  • Mode — Light, Dark, or System (follows your device).
  • Theme — pick a preset (rose, ivory, quartz, arbol) with a live preview and accent color.

Team collaboration, briefly

Because members share one workspace, everyone sees the same campaigns, people, senders, and inboxes. Invite the people who run outreach with you, and use roles to control access. Pause/resume on a mailbox affects every campaign it’s part of, so coordinate on shared mailboxes.
