Norbelys pricing is simple: every plan is the whole platform. You’re not buying features — warmup, verification, DMARC, the unified inbox, analytics, and Norbe are in every plan. You’re only choosing how much you send.
There’s no free tier and no trial. You pick a plan and check out to start sending. You can change or cancel anytime from Settings.

The plans

Starter

For testing outbound or one focused list at a time. Includes 3,000 emails/month, 1,000 contacts, 5 campaigns at once, and light AI use.

Growth

A real pipeline — where most teams live. Includes 100,000 emails/month, 30,000 contacts, 25 campaigns at once, and daily AI use.

Scale

For agencies and volume senders. Includes 500,000 emails/month, unlimited contacts, unlimited campaigns, heavy AI use, and a workspace per client.
Mailboxes are unlimited on every plan. You can bill monthly or annually (annual is cheaper). For larger needs, there’s an Enterprise option — contact sales.

Choosing or changing a plan

New accounts choose a plan right after sign-up. To change later, go to Settings → Billing and pick a new plan — changes go through secure checkout and are prorated. You can cancel in one click; there’s no contract.

Usage this month

Settings → Billing shows your usage against your plan’s limits:
  • Emails sent — resets on the 1st (UTC). Only accepted sends count — bounces and skips don’t.
  • Active contacts — how many people count toward your plan (unlimited on Scale).
  • Live campaigns — active and paused campaigns hold a slot; drafts and finished ones don’t.
When you approach a limit, a banner appears on Home (e.g. “You’re close to this month’s sending limit”) with a link to see your usage or upgrade. At the cap, new sends, new contacts, or new campaign launches pause until you upgrade or the month resets.

How AI billing works

Every plan includes an AI allowance for Norbe — drafting campaigns, personalizing at send time, researching leads, and so on. It’s a monthly credit budget that scales with your plan (light, daily, or heavy use).
If you run out of AI credits, only the AI features pause — everything else keeps working normally, and your credits refresh next month. Your sending is never interrupted by AI usage.
