Norbe is the AI operator built into Norbelys. It reads your live data — campaigns, people, senders, deliverability — and can analyze, plan, draft, and make changes for you. Think of it as a teammate who takes the night shift.

Starting a conversation

Open Norbe and you’ll land on a composer with a greeting and four starter prompts:
  • Review performance — “Review my campaign performance and show the biggest opportunity.”
  • Check deliverability — “Check my sending health and flag anything risky.”
  • Find audience gaps — “Find people or segments that need attention today.”
  • Plan next action — “What should I do next to improve replies?”
Type your own question or click a starter. A conversation is created on your first message, and Norbe answers using your real data.

What Norbe can do

Norbe shows up throughout the app, not just in its own tab:
  • Draft whole campaigns — describe what you’re selling and Norbe writes the sequence, suggests an audience, and picks a mailbox. See Campaigns.
  • Rewrite emails inline — make copy shorter, warmer, or more direct right in the editor. See Writing emails.
  • Draft rules for segments — describe an audience in plain English. See Groups & segments.
  • Draft replies — write a response from the whole conversation. See Inbox & replies.
  • Research a person — from a contact’s Actions menu.
  • Explain deliverability problems — the Deliverability page has an “Ask Norbe” button that opens a chat pre-loaded with your issues.
Norbe proposes; you decide. It never sends emails, launches campaigns, or makes destructive changes without you approving them.

How Norbe works with your data

Norbe reads your live workspace — not a stale copy. When you ask “how is campaign X doing?” the answer comes from your real numbers, and Norbe shows its source: a citation naming the report and time window (like “last 7 days”). Click it and you land on the exact filtered view the answer was based on, so you can check the work yourself. Norbe is careful about honesty. It tells you when data is thin, doesn’t fake certainty on deliverability questions, and always discloses that it’s an AI. It answers in whatever language you write in.

Proposes first, you approve

For anything that changes your data, Norbe shows a preview before doing it. For anything that would send email to a real person, it shows an approval card first, laid out the same way every time:

The numbers, the audience, or the drafted emails it’s based on — so you can judge it.

Reject it, or edit first — every draft opens in the real editor so you can change it.

Approve

The Approve button sits after the evidence, on purpose. Approvals can wait — you can review one overnight.

What Norbe produces

  • Artifacts — when Norbe generates a file (like a CSV or a study report), it appears as a file card in the chat with its name, size, and a download button.
  • Activity log — every action Norbe takes is recorded with what it did, when, and who approved it, in a read-only Activity panel. “Who did this?” always has an answer.
  • Side panels — Norbe can open an artifact pane or a task sheet beside the chat so you can watch longer work without losing the conversation.

Longer, standing work

Some requests outlive a single reply — importing and verifying a big list, re-checking DNS a day later, auditing all your sequences, or migrating campaigns from another tool. Norbe kicks these off, reports progress in chat, and keeps going even after you close the conversation. You’ll find them in the Tasks view with live progress and a way to cancel.

Guardrails you can count on

Suppression lists, one-click unsubscribe, sending windows, and daily send limits hold no matter what Norbe is doing — it can’t send outside the rules.
Every action is recorded with who approved it, visible in the Activity panel.
A prospect’s reply or a row in your CSV can never redirect what Norbe does — untrusted text is treated as content, never as commands.
When you connect a mailbox you press Connect yourself; passwords and keys never go through Norbe.

Managing conversations

The Norbe sidebar keeps your conversation history — you can pin, rename, or delete threads, start a New conversation, and search with ⌘K.

Scheduled tasks — Norbe on autopilot

Under Norbe → Scheduled you can set up standing tasks that Norbe runs on its own, on a schedule. Describe what you want in the composer, or start from a suggestion:
  • Reply monitor — scan new replies and flag anything that needs you.
  • Daily deliverability digest — a summary of opens, replies, and bounces.
  • Bounce spike alert — alert you when bounce rate climbs above a threshold.
  • Warmup health check — check warmup progress every morning.
  • Weekly DMARC summary — summarize your DMARC reports at the start of each week.
  • Campaign recap — recap each campaign’s performance at day’s end.
Each task shows its cadence and next run, and you can pause, resume, or delete it anytime.
Scheduled tasks are the easiest way to stop babysitting the app. Set up a reply monitor and a bounce alert, and Norbe will tell you when something needs your attention instead of you checking.

Connectors

Norbe can also operate your other tools in plain language — “bring in the leads from HubSpot with tag X,” “notify Slack when someone replies interested,” or “migrate my campaigns from Smartlead.” Manage these from the connectors icon in the Norbe sidebar and the Integrations section of Settings.
