The Senders page lists every mailbox you’ve connected. Each row shows the mailbox, its state, and its reputation. This page explains how to read that health and what your options are.

The senders list

At the top you can search your mailboxes and filter by:
  • State — Healthy, Paused, or Throttled
  • Reputation — Good, Warning, or Bad
  • Show archived — include mailboxes you’ve archived
You can also show or hide columns and page through large lists. Click any row to open that mailbox’s detail page.

Sender states

Every mailbox is always in one of three states:
Throttling and pausing can happen automatically. Norbelys watches each mailbox’s reputation and steps down its volume when signals turn bad, then brings it back up as things recover. You don’t have to manage this by hand.

The mailbox detail page

Open a mailbox to see four tabs: Overview, Warmup, Campaigns, and Activity.

Overview

The overview is a “pulse” view of the mailbox’s vital signs:
  • State — healthy, throttled, or paused, with a short explanation.
  • Reputation — a Good / Warning / Bad verdict (it reads “Building…” until enough mail has been sent to measure).
  • Today’s pace — how many of the daily limit have been sent, with the minimum gap.
  • Warmup — off, or “Day N of 21,” linking to the Warmup tab.
  • Domain auth — whether the sending domain is monitored and how much of its mail passes authentication.
If the mailbox has sent, you’ll also see performance tiles and a “watch-outs” list of any negative signals. If it hasn’t sent yet, you’ll see a “ready” story instead — and if warmup is running, a day-by-day progress card counting toward “ready for campaigns.”
If you see a red alert like “These emails are landing in spam,” it means only a fraction of mail from that domain passes authentication (SPF / DKIM / DMARC). Follow the “See what to fix” link to the domain page. See Domains & DMARC.

Setup

A quiet strip shows the facts: daily limit, minimum gap, SMTP and IMAP servers, and when the mailbox was connected. Use Edit setup to change any of it.

Actions on a mailbox

From the mailbox header you can:
  • Pause / Resume — stop or restart sending. Pausing here affects every campaign the mailbox is part of.
  • Edit — open a side panel to change name, limits, signature, servers, or re-authenticate.
  • Disconnect (Google OAuth) — revoke Google’s access entirely.
  • Delete or Archive — a mailbox that never sent can be deleted; one with history is archived (kept for its records). Archived mailboxes can be Restored.
When you restore an archived mailbox, Norbelys re-checks the connection. If it can’t connect, you’ll get a guided panel to reconnect before it goes live again.

When a mailbox needs reconnecting

If you change your email password, revoke access, or your provider disables an old sign-in method, the mailbox can’t authenticate anymore. Norbelys pauses it and shows a “Reconnect — authentication failed” prompt. To fix it, open Edit and re-enter a fresh app password or re-run the OAuth sign-in. Sending resumes once the connection succeeds.

Reputation, briefly

Norbelys computes each mailbox’s reputation tier from real signals — bounce rate (the most immediate one; above ~2% is bad), spam complaints, and warmup inbox placement. That tier controls sending: good sends at full volume, warning cuts to about half (throttled), and bad pauses sending until things recover. This is why keeping your list clean and warming up properly matters so much. See Deliverability.
