Step 1 — Create your account
1
Sign up
Go to the sign-up page and create your account with email or a social login.
You’ll see a short welcome panel introducing Norbe, your AI operator.
2
Pick a plan
Norbelys has no free tier or trial — every plan is the full platform, and you’re
only choosing how much you send. Pick Starter, Growth, or Scale and
check out. You can switch or cancel anytime from Settings. See
Plans & billing for details.
3
Set up your workspace
After payment you’ll answer two quick questions — your company name (this names
your workspace) and a little context about your team size and industry.
Both help tailor the app. Then Norbelys provisions your workspace and drops you on
your dashboard.
Your company name becomes your workspace name, and you can change it later in
Settings → Organization.
Step 2 — Follow the five-step launch path
A brand-new account doesn’t show empty charts — Home shows a get-started checklist instead. Each step turns green as you complete it, and the first unfinished step is highlighted with a button. Work through them top to bottom:1
Connect a sender
Add the mailbox you’ll send from — Gmail, Microsoft, or any SMTP provider.
See Connect a mailbox.
2
Watch your domain
Publish one DNS record so Gmail and Microsoft start telling you how they see your
domain. See Domains & DMARC.
3
Create a campaign
Write the sequence you want to send — by hand or with Norbe.
See Campaigns.
4
Add people
Import a CSV or add contacts manually. Every import is verified automatically.
See People.
5
Launch your campaign
Go live when everything’s ready. Nothing sends until you press Launch.
What Home looks like once you’re running
After your first launch, Home becomes a “what needs me today” cockpit rather than a checklist. You’ll see:- A greeting and a one-line verdict for the day, e.g. “3 replies waiting · 1 thing needs you · everything else is running.”
- A Today Queue — one ranked list mixing replies to answer and issues to fix (like a paused campaign), each with a button to act.
- A stat strip of account-wide numbers (sent, replies, positive replies, bounce rate).
- Running campaigns — up to three live campaign tiles with progress bars.
