A campaign is one outreach effort: a sequence of emails, the people you’re reaching, and the mailboxes you send from. This page covers creating a campaign and the overall workspace; the details of building it live on their own pages.

Create a campaign

From Campaigns, start a new one and choose how to build it:

Build with AI (recommended)

Describe your outreach — what you’re selling and who should hear about it — and Norbe finds your audience, picks a mailbox, and writes every email, live. You still review and launch it yourself.

Start from scratch

Build a plain campaign and set up the sequence, audience, and mailbox yourself.
Either path creates a draft named “Untitled campaign.” Nothing sends until you launch.

The AI copilot

If you choose Build with AI, you’ll get a full-screen copilot that asks one question: “What are you selling — and who should hear about it?” Describe it in a sentence (you can include your website), press Build my campaign, and Norbe drafts the emails first, then suggests an audience and mailbox — assembling the campaign in front of you. You can switch to building blank at any time. Launching always happens on the campaign page.

The campaign workspace

Open a campaign and you’ll find a set of tabs, each with a live count:

Overview changes with the campaign’s life

The Overview tab shows a different “face” depending on where the campaign is:
  • Draft — a setup checklist (senders, sequence, leads, launch).
  • Just launched — who’s enrolled and what happens next, with a note that replies usually land within one to three days.
  • Live — a pulse strip, KPI tiles, a funnel, watch-outs (bounces, unsubscribes, spam), a sequence summary, and replies to act on.
  • Done — a plain-language retrospective with the final numbers.

Choose your sending mailboxes

On the From / Senders tab, use Manage mailboxes to assign one or more mailboxes. New people go to whichever mailbox is free first, and each person always hears back from the address that first wrote to them. A campaign needs at least one mailbox to send. In Config, leave the tracking hostname on Automatic to use the sender domain’s preferred verified tracker, then the organization default, then Norbelys. Or select a verified campaign override and review the exact fallback preview. See Custom tracking domains.

Launch

When the draft has a sender, at least one email, and enrolled leads, the Launch button turns on (until then it tells you what’s missing).
1

Open the Launch dialog

Press Launch. You’ll choose how to start.
2

Send now or schedule

Send now begins as soon as your sending window allows. Schedule for later lets you pick a date and time (locked once launched).
3

Confirm

Press Launch now or Schedule launch. Sending is paced by your sending window and the plan, shared domain, campaign, and mailbox limits. See Sending limits and Autopilot.
Launch is the only way a draft becomes active. Enrolling people never starts sending on its own — you’re always in control of when the first email goes out.

Managing a live campaign

From the campaign header you can Pause (and later Resume), Archive, and Share a public results report. A paused campaign holds its place and resumes exactly where it left off. See Sharing reports.
