Upload an image to show in mail. The file is the body, sent with its own `Content-Type` (`image/png`, `image/jpeg`, `image/gif` or `image/webp`), at most 16 MiB; its first bytes must be that format. The answer carries the image's public URL, to use in a message's or a variant's HTML.
