Three ideas that shape everything

Understanding these three principles will make the rest of the app feel obvious.
You can build a whole campaign — write the emails, add people, pick mailboxes — and not a single message goes out until you press Launch. Adding people to a campaign (“enrolling”) is not the same as sending to them. This means you can set everything up safely and review it first.
Opens can be faked by mail providers and privacy proxies that load your tracking pixel automatically. Norbelys still shows opens, but it separates real human opens from machine fetches, and it treats replies as the trustworthy signal for whether your outreach is working. When in doubt, look at replies.
Deliverability isn’t luck. It comes from warming up your mailboxes, keeping bounce rates low, authenticating your domain, and sending like a human. Norbelys watches all of this and will slow down or pause a mailbox on its own to protect you.
