Norbelys is a multi-tenant cold-email platform. Workspaces connect mailboxes, write campaigns with variants, send through SMTP, and track opens and clicks.

Start with shared-domain sending to connect SMTP once, configure branded tracking and send your first campaign through the API. Read deliverability and sending policy before increasing volume. The API reference is generated from the deployed contract.

Use inbox and delivery feedback to connect the hosted provider, inspect IMAP checkpoints, distinguish submission from delivery, and handle bounces, complaints and opt-outs.

Read campaign content and runtime AI for inline variants, bounded MiniJinja personalization and per-message generation without public template or AI-job resources.

Use text, native HTML and Zapier to write ordinary text or supply your own email design through the same API.

Set campaign hours, timezone and tracking, including the workspace timezone default and HTML delivery without open pixels or rewritten links.
